Payment Terms
 

  • The online payment process on this site requires the authentication of the transaction with a password sent to the credit card holder's phone registered with the card issuer, protecting against any fraudulent activity. 
  • We are not responsible for any negligence on the part of the cardholder that leads to access to their bank card and phone, resulting in payment on this site without their knowledge.
  • Any purchases made through our website using a credit card or other electronic payment methods are non-refundable. Instead, amounts are paid in the same payment method and refunded after applying the cancellation and refund policy.
  • We are not liable for any errors made by the client in entering our bank account information during bank transfers that may result in incorrect payments to another bank account.

Service Modifications and Price Changes

  • We have the right to change the prices of our services and products unilaterally at any time without prior notice. It is noted that this does not apply to the prices of confirmed orders; once the client has received the initial invoice and completed the payment, the specified prices for that order will not change even if the price on the site changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1.  GENERAL
  • Alsaeed is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner Unfortunately, when customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. 
  • No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. 
  • For these reasons. Alsaeed has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2.  FULL PAYMENT

  • Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. 
  • We do not reserve "seat" or "service" without payment.
  • An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • The refund request must not exceed 14 days from the date of payment. If the refund request is accepted the full paid amount will be recovered to your account in 14 working days.

Return and Refund Policy

  • You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service number O0201015806585 or via email info@alsaeed-etc.com.
  • If the item have a defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.
  • When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 14 days) as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories. If you create a password for the device that you want to retrieve, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly for products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.
