Dr. Mohamed Attia is a distinguished expert in project management, strategic consulting, and digital transformation, with over 13 years of experience across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. He combines strong academic foundations with extensive practical expertise, leading organizational development initiatives through the design and implementation of integrated, data-driven solutions powered by artificial intelligence.

Dr. Attia specializes in establishing and operating Project Management Offices (PMOs), developing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, and designing strategic performance systems (KPIs & OKRs). He also supports organizations in building effective structures and achieving strategic alignment, enabling measurable performance improvement and sustainable results.

As the Founder and CEO of Alsaeed for Education, Training & Consultancy, he has led the development of advanced training and consulting solutions serving both government and private sector entities. He has also driven multiple digital transformation initiatives, delivering AI-powered systems for performance analysis, decision support, and organizational excellence.

Dr. Attia is an internationally certified trainer accredited by globally recognized institutions, including PMI, AXELOS, and NEBOSH. He has delivered hundreds of training hours and successfully prepared a large number of professionals and leaders for international certifications, achieving exceptional success rates exceeding 95%.
